Services
Lumea Hubs provides online German language courses, career counselling, study abroad guidance (LumeaGO), and an AI-powered learning application (LumeaApp). Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Course Access & Fees
Access to paid courses is granted upon successful payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Lumea Hubs reserves the right to modify course content and pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, materials, and platform features are the intellectual property of SRB Elevate Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to share login credentials, to reproduce or distribute course materials, to engage in conduct that disrupts other users' learning experience, or to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
Limitation of Liability
Lumea Hubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
